Version and ordering

Ceramic, height 97 mm, diameter 82 mm. Direct screen printing with one to six solid colors. Dishwasher safe. From 500 pieces, delivery is on a pallet: a suitable goods reception area with unloading facilities is required. Please coordinate the delivery conditions with us before ordering.

Capacity: 300 ml. One cart unit corresponds to the entire selected print run. For a print run, set the quantity to 1. One design per print run. The product image shown is an example design; your file and the selected color determine the result.

Preparing print files correctly

File format and maximum print area: 185 × 75 mm, scale 1:1, no additional bleed. Recommendation: keep important content at least 2 mm away from the data edge.

• PDF/X-4 with vector data and solid colors only.
• Use exactly the number of print colors ordered, maximum 6 colors.
• Solid colors PANTONE C with 100% coverage; black: PANTONE Black C.
• Set white as its own solid color with the exact color swatch name WHITE.
• No CMYK, RGB, LAB or HKS. No halftones, gradients, transparencies or shadows.
• Minimum font height 3 mm (lowercase); lines at least 0.85 pt.
• Special metallic colors only PANTONE 871 C, 877 C or 8045 C.
• Fluorescent colors, metallic, cyan and magenta shades only for single-color orders.
• Convert fonts to outlines or embed them completely. Remove guide lines and example design before exporting.
