NFC Festival Wristband Plastic Round – Adult – Polyester

NFC festival wristband with your custom-printed fabric band and a round plastic chip tag. Adult version. Material: 100% polyester. The plastic tag is available unprinted or with CMYK chip printing; choose the appropriate option. Select the fastener and quantity.

Delivery time: approx. 12–16 business days from order confirmation and receipt of print-ready files.

NFC and version

Integrated N-Tag-210 chip, unprogrammed and rewritable. Programming, compatible readers and access system are not included. Check compatibility with your system before ordering. The print file does not program chip data.

Band format 340 × 17 mm. The available fasteners are listed in the dropdown menu. The aluminum seal requires a suitable fastener crimping tool; this is not included in the delivery. Do not fasten too tightly.

One cart unit corresponds to the entire selected quantity. For a quantity of one, set the quantity to 1. One design per print area and quantity. The product visualization shows an example design and an unprinted chip tag; the fastener and chip printing depend on your selection.

Print files for the fabric band

• File format 345 × 19 mm at 1:1 scale. Band format 340 × 17 mm, bleed left/right 2.5 mm and top/bottom 1 mm.
• Extend the background to the data edge. Keep important content at least 2 mm inside the final edge.
• CMYK as PDF/X-4; images at least 356 ppi, fonts and logos vectorized. Black text in 100% K.
• Minimum font height 1.7 mm for lowercase letters. Positive lines at least 0.5 pt, negative at least 1 pt.
• Disable overprint. Remove template lines and example design before exporting. A cut mark at the band end may be visible due to production requirements.

Additional for selected chip printing

Chip file: file format 34 × 34 mm, product format 32 × 32 mm. 1 mm bleed all around, 2 mm safety margin inside the final edge. Avoid the band slots. CMYK as PDF/X-4, images at least 356 ppi, same font and line specifications as for the band.

With additional chip printing, you can upload a two-sided PDF: page 1 band, page 2 chip. Alternatively, send both files by email with the order number after placing the order. No chip file is required for an unprinted chip.
