Product Details

• Material: Single Jersey; fiber composition depends on the textile color. You can find all fiber percentages in the following overview.
• Fabric Weight: 180 g/m²; White 170 g/m².
• Cut: Regular Fit, classic cut without side seams.
• Design: Crew neck with ribbed collar and neck tape, short set-in sleeves.
• Sizes: S, M, L, XL, XXL, 3XL, 4XL and 5XL; depending on the textile color.
• Care: Washable at 30 °C. Please also pay attention to the care label and the care instructions for the printed textile.
• Certifications: OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 and WRAP.

Fiber Composition by Textile Color

The composition depends on the selected color. The following information applies to the colors in our G5000 color chart.

How the Price is Calculated

The base price applies per unprinted shirt and is based on the total quantity. For printing, €2.00 per print color is added per shirt and print position. The front and back can each be selected with up to 5 print colors. The setup costs required for the order are included in the printing surcharges.

Example: 3 colors on the front and 2 colors on the back result in a printing surcharge of €10.00 per shirt in addition to the respective textile volume price.

How to Order

1. Enter the total quantity and its distribution across textile colors and sizes. Use the color chart and size information at the input field for this.
2. Select the number of print colors for the front and back respectively. For unprinted shirts, select "No print" for both positions.
3. For printed shirts, clearly specify the desired print colors for each position. The selected print configuration is calculated per shirt. If individual shirts are to receive different designs or print configurations, please coordinate this with us before ordering.
4. Upload your print file or send it by email after ordering with the order number and print position. You can bundle multiple designs as a ZIP or RAR. The upload is optional.

Printing and Execution

• Printing Process: For orders under 10 pieces, we generally use flex or DTF printing, and for 10 pieces or more, usually screen printing. Depending on the design, textile, and edition size, we reserve the right to use a different, suitable printing process. We will make the selection appropriate for your order.
• Front and Back Print: maximum 30 × 40 cm per print position; appropriate for the selected shirt size.
• Sleeves and Other Print Positions: only upon prior request. These additional prints are not included in the displayed price.
• Delivery Time: approx. 14–20 calendar days after clarification and approval of all print data.
