Woven festival wristband 34 x 1.7 cm – Metallic Gold

Woven festival wristbands with your design and metallic gold yarn. Choose the number of additional yarn colors, closure, and print run. The design is woven in, not applied as a standard color print.

Delivery time: approx. 18–22 business days from order confirmation and receipt of final production files.

Yarn colors and specifications

Band dimensions: 340 × 17 mm. Metallic shine provided by lurex yarn; lurex yarn composition: 60% polyester, 40% nylon. Up to eight yarn colors in total. The selected number of colors includes the metallic color or both metallic colors and the additional weaving colors. White also counts as a separate yarn color.

Clearly define the desired HKS N colors in the file and also specify them in the "Printing order notes" field. Yarn shades may differ slightly from the HKS reference values. Rounded shapes and circular arcs can only be approximated when woven.

Closures according to the dropdown menu. A suitable closure crimping tool is required for the aluminum seal; this is not included in the delivery. Do not position the closure too tightly. One cart item corresponds to the entire selected print run. For a print run, set the quantity to 1. One design per print run. The visualization shows a multicolored example design; the selected number of yarn colors and your file determine the actual design.

Correctly preparing production files

• File and band dimensions: 340 × 17 mm at 1:1 scale. No additional bleed.
• Keep important content 2 mm inside the band edge. Center the main design, preferably arranging it to a width of approximately 140 mm.
• Vector PDF only, with solid colors at 100% coverage. No CMYK, RGB, or LAB; no halftones, gradients, transparencies, or drop shadows.
• Specify additional yarn colors as HKS N, e.g., HKS 13 N. Specify white exactly as white, metallic gold as gold, and metallic silver as silver.
• The number of colors, including metallic and white, must match your order. Convert fonts to outlines, use at least 10 pt, and preferably a sans-serif font.
• Lines at least 0.5 pt (0.18 mm). Remove template lines and the example design before exporting.
