Delivery time: approx. 8–12 business days after order confirmation and receipt of final print files.
Version and ordering
White metal enamel mug with silver rim. Height 80 mm, diameter 85 mm. CMYK motif print. Dishwasher safe. Not suitable for microwave use.
Capacity: 300 ml. One cart item corresponds to the entire selected print run. For a print run, set the quantity to 1. One design per print run. The product image shown is an example design; your file and the selected color determine the result.
Preparing print files correctly
File format and maximum print area: 190 × 55 mm, scale 1:1, no additional bleed. Safety margin: 2 mm from the file edge.
- CMYK; deliver as PDF/X-4, TIFF or JPG; PDF is preferred for logos.
- Images at least 300 ppi in original size.
- Technical data sheet: white background. White design elements will be printed white.
- Set areas without white ink to transparent. JPG does not support transparency.
- Convert fonts to outlines or embed them completely. Remove guide lines and example design before exporting.
