Tyvek® wristbands 20 x 1.9 cm – UV print

Tyvek® wristbands for children with your design printed in blacklight ink. Choose the band color, finish, and quantity. Paper-like, waterproof, and tear-resistant material with an adhesive closure for single use.

Delivery time: approx. 8–12 business days from order confirmation and receipt of print-ready files.

Specifications and ordering

Band size: 200 × 19 mm. Simply numbered, without perforation. Due to production requirements, the numbering may not always be strictly sequential. Bands are usually delivered in groups of 10 on perforated sheets, while smaller quantities are delivered as individual strips. Do not apply the closure too tightly.

One cart item corresponds to the entire selected quantity. For a single quantity, set the number to 1. One design per quantity. The displayed price is the total price; the unit price is provided as a rounded supplementary figure. The product image is a visualization; the band color, surface finish, and ink color depend on the selected option and this product description.

Correctly preparing print files

• File format and print area: 100 × 15 mm. This is not the full band size. Do not include additional bleed.
• Prepare a vector PDF with a solid color named Schwarzlicht at 100%. No raster images or gradients. Minimum font size: 10 pt; minimum line thickness: 0.5 pt.
• Disable overprinting. Remove guide lines and sample designs before exporting. Please also follow the specifications in your own data sheet.
