Build Your Brand Heavy Zip Hoody BY012 – optional custom print

The Build Your Brand Heavy Zip Hoody BY012 is a long-cut hooded jacket with a concealed zipper and brushed sweat fabric on the inside. Order it unprinted or with your custom design.

How the price is calculated

The base price is per unprinted hooded jacket and depends on the total quantity. For printing, an additional €2.00 per jacket and print position is charged for each print color. The front and back can each be printed with up to 5 print colors. The required setup costs are included in the printing surcharges.

Example: 3 colors on the front and 2 colors on the back result in an additional printing surcharge of €10.00 per jacket, in addition to the respective textile volume price.

How to order

1. Enter the total quantity and its distribution across garment colors and sizes. Use the color chart and size information at the input field.
2. Select the number of print colors for the front and back. For unprinted jackets, select "No print" for both positions.
3. Clearly specify the desired print colors for each position. If there are different designs or print configurations within an order, please coordinate with us beforehand.
4. Upload your print file or send it by email after placing the order, including the order number and print position. You can bundle multiple designs as a ZIP or RAR file. The upload is optional.

• 65% cotton / 35% polyester, 300 g/m²
• Brushed sweat fabric on the inside, side seams and long cut
• Lined hood made of outer fabric with two division seams
• Concealed zipper and kangaroo pockets
• Set-in long sleeves with cuffs, neck tape and half-moon at the back of the neck
• Neutral size label without branding, suitable for neck printing
• Care: washable at 30°C, ironing allowed; additionally, follow the care instructions for the printed textile

Printing and delivery

For orders of fewer than 10 pieces, we generally use flex or DTF printing, and for 10 pieces or more, usually screen printing. We select the appropriate process based on the design, textile, and print run. Front and back printing: maximum 30 × 40 cm, adjusted to the jacket size and printable area. Please consider the zipper for front designs. Sleeve and other print positions are only possible upon prior request.

Delivery time: approx. 14–20 calendar days after clarification and approval of all print data.
