How to order your badges
- Select your desired package size under “Quantity” and the finish under “Style”. The “Quantity” field determines how many packages you order. For a package of 100 badges, for example, select “100” and leave “Quantity” at 1.
- Upload your design via “File Upload” and wait until the upload is complete.
- If necessary, add your requests in the “Additional requests or notes about the order” field.

Not sure how to set up your file? Under Print Data & Templates, you will find suitable badge templates and instructions. We are happy to help and will adapt your design free of charge. If anything is unclear, we will contact you. If the desired design is not clearly apparent from your file, you will receive a preview after placing your order.

Button production:
We offer free customization. If it doesn't fit after ordering, we will, of course, contact you without you having to ask. Take advantage of our free service!
We process all common formats: jpg, tif, png, psd, pdf
Word or PowerPoint files are less suitable.
A few important points for creating your artwork:
- Please always place logos and text at least 2 mm from the inner edge
- Prepare print data in the CMYK color space; colors from the RGB color space will be converted
- A resolution of 300 dpi at original size is ideal
- Do not use small fonts, as they are often unreadable on buttons
