First check that your garment can withstand the heat.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003col\u003e\u003cli\u003eCut out the design and lay the textile flat.\u003c\/li\u003e\u003cli\u003ePre-press cotton for about 5 seconds.\u003c\/li\u003e\u003cli\u003ePlace the printed side against the fabric and cover with suitable protective paper.\u003c\/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eFor cotton: press at 120–135 °C for 15 seconds with medium to high pressure. Settings depend on your press.\u003c\/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eAllow the film to cool briefly, peel while warm, then cover and press again for about 5 seconds.\u003c\/li\u003e\u003c\/ol\u003e\u003cp\u003eThese settings are guidelines for cotton. Polyester, blends and coated textiles require different settings.
